Last day

Well today is the last day and we had a special kind of shoot this morning. We rented an old caddy and brought it down to riverstreet to shoot it in the morning light. I must say i was not particularly excited about this mornings shoot, but after looking at some of the images ... i'll let you judge for yourself.

Day 3 Evening

Well in the evening we did a bit of the same but instead of going to the riverfront we wandered more inland. It was an especially long day .... 2 hours of shooting in the morning 7 hours of class and another 2 hours of shooting in the evening. 

Day 3

Sorry for the late post, but the internet in the hotel was terrible. So on our third day (morning) we walked around on the riverfront at day break and had some great light. Here are a couple of pics. Note that all these images are a bit washed out and soft ..... its the internet browser. If you click on the images they get a bit better but still not the actual quality. I learned that this weekend.

Day 2

So it rained on us again this morning. Funny thing is the other group got get light and stayed completely dry again!!!! Yes thats right the OTHER group had clear skies yesterday as well. Here are a few of my pics from this morning. I have not finished the touch ups but hope you enjoy.

Savannah

So on my first full day in Savannah i met up with a couple other folks in the workshop and we wandered around a bit. The light was terrible but managed a few pictures. hope you like ....up at 4 in the morning to head off to our first location shoot. 

McNally Workshop

Let this be said i cannot take credit for any of this....while these pics did come from my camera i had nothing to do with the setup. I've learned that its all about the setup...hopefully one day down the road i will be able to produce pics like this via my own inspiration rather than having to borrow Joe McNally's.  My dad and i had an amazing time and here are a few pics. 

Lighting with McNally

Spent an awesome weekend in New York with Tony. Shot a bit about town, weather didn't cooperate well. Enjoyed his new "crib", the girls wanted to help him fix it up. Had a great Fathers day with the family, just chillin by the grill in the city. Had the time of my life, Tony and I shooting with the top of the line "Joe McNally", the master of lighting with an attitude.
